› 1. When should you report a listing? #

When to report?

You may report a listing if you notice, in particular:

  • Suspicion of a minor (unclear age, inconsistencies, problematic statements).
  • Impersonation (profile pretending to be someone else).
  • Unauthorized photos (stolen images, copied from another website, lack of consent).
  • Scam / extortion (payment requested in advance, blackmail, threats, fake appointments).
  • Spam or mass solicitation.
  • Illegal content or promotion of illegal activities.
  • Harassment, threats, hateful or discriminatory content.
  • Malicious links or phishing attempts.

How to report

  1. Copy the exact URL of the listing.
  2. State the reason for the report (e.g., stolen photos, scam, spam…).
  3. Add details (what you observed, date/time, any communications).
  4. If possible, attach evidence (screenshots, links, etc.).
  5. Send the report to [email protected].

If reporting impersonation: also indicate where the listing appears elsewhere (link) and, if possible, prove that you are the person concerned (without sending overly sensitive documents).

After reporting

Once received, the report is reviewed. Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Remove or hide the listing.
  • Request additional information.
  • Suspend or delete an account in case of abuse.
  • Retain technical data (logs) for security and abuse prevention purposes.
Prioritization: reports involving suspected minors, safety concerns, or clearly illegal content are handled as a priority.
