• False promises or misleading information are prohibited.

Respect for Third Parties

• Publishing third-party personal data without consent is prohibited.
• Defamation, harassment, threats, or discrimination are strictly forbidden.

Hosting Role

The Website acts as a technical hosting provider for content published by users. It does not systematically verify the accuracy of each listing prior to publication.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

It is strictly prohibited to use the Website to publish, promote, or distribute:

Technical License

For the purpose of displaying the listing on the Website, the Advertiser grants the Website a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to technically use the content (hosting, display, caching, format adaptation) for the duration of publication.
